OrderBookApp — Your WhatsApp orders, finally on one board

OrderBookApp is an order book for small and medium businesses and the suppliers they buy from. Today most of these orders are placed by WhatsApp, phone calls and paper, so orders get lost, deliveries are not tracked and invoices and payments are hard to match.

OrderBookApp keeps every order in one place from placement to payment: Draft > Placed > Confirmed > Dispatched > Delivered > Invoiced > Paid. Buyer and vendor see the same order, can each update its status and can leave notes on it.

The app is used by business owners and their staff (purchasing, sales, store managers), on both the buying side and the selling side.

OrderBookApp remembers every item and what you paid. Type two letters, pick the item, and if the price is higher than last time it tells you: "Higher than last time, you paid $14."
